Product return because of company mistake
if the company does not ship the correct products, the customer can return the products. All the costs will be paid by the company as long as the return will be with the same courier that delivered the products.
Checking of the products is done by product name and code and never by color or perfume.
Defective product return
the return of products that may be defective can be done only seven days after their delivery. Products must be in their original condition , original packaging and the receipt must be present. when the product reach the company they will be checked. if the are defective they will be replaced with no charge for the customer. if the customer wants a refund he will get a refund but he will not get the shipping charges and any other expenses that may have occured during the transaction.
Shipping cost will be subtracted even if the product was on a special offer with free shipping.
This is because the company has already paid the shipping charges but decided not to charge the customer for a succesfull sale.
if the product is not defective all the costs will be paid by the buyer.
In case the products will be damaged the company will claim a compensation from the customer.

Pack the product in a larger box in order to be protected. put in the package a document in whick you explain to us the way you want us to procced if the product is suitable for return. Send the packet with the same agency that brought the packet. please note that the return cost is paid by the customer.
